I seem unable to get the bloody thing working tonight, keeps taking me back to start trial/login screen, anyone got any ideas or getting the same?

So when you login it it says it's logging in then just jumps straight back to the login page?

Is your connection with the internet definitely working well?
 
Spot on, that's what it does. Was working fine last 3 nights, 4th night of the trial tonight at this is the issue.
 
Connection is fine, no problem there as all the other Apple TV stuff works fine. It's hard cabled to the router too.
 
Hmm that is definitely strange... Have you tried logging into the website using a computer? Netflix may be down? I no longer have a login and so can't see myself unfortunately.

Hmm that is bizarre... The only thing I can think of is to turn it off and on again. That is a lame try :p But I can't think of anything else it could be...

Hopefully someone will post on here that has an ATV and can confirm whether or not it's just you or if it's a problem with Netflix themselves.
 
Housey, Call them up. US based call centre, awesome staff, 0800 number, no options menu to navigate, and calls have always been answered for me within about 30 seconds.

I've had a couple of issues, but they have been nothing short of superb!
 
I did speak with them, it was something I was doing wrong with emails at login and as you say, the US call centres are exceptional. I have an iCloud account, that I migrated from MobileMe but I also have a separate account for iTunes. Now that iTunes account has never been used for emails and therefore when in iTunes it is not and email address I see, purely my name. I was trying to login via my iCloud account, which is the address associated with the iTunes account but not the login details. Sorted now, but the Netflix login was not telling me anything was wrong. I also spoke with Apple prior to Netflix and they were also excellent. Outside Zen internet I've not had a better experience from a call centre and having spent much of my life working with contact centres that says something.

Coherent and totaly on the ball, Apple and Netflix.
