Netgear DG834Gv2 and tiscali

Hello all i got a DG834Gv2 the other week everything works ok just that i find now that my Internet speed has slowed down from when i used my sagem 800 just wonder if theres any settings i could try in the router to get my 1Mb back to normal speed.

Where my speed was about 124kb which i think is normal for 1MB with the sagem i'm only getting about 70kb with router when downloading test files
