This is an extract from a post I made on another forum (I have removed the competitor's name from the post):
I purchased this router from [edited out] for £54.99 (price correct as of 3/02/12). It arrived very well packed from [edited out] (as usual) and I got it the next day free as I have [edited out].
Now, the router itself: it is a glossy black colour and I suspect it will attract finger prints very easily! It has four ethernet ports but they are not gigabit unfortunately. It has two external antennas for the WiFi which is wireless N and it is up to 300Mbps. In addition, it has the ability to enable and disable the WiFi by using a button on the front of the router and it also has a button to use the WPS functionality. Finally, it has a USB port that can be used to share files over a network. The port only supports USB drives and not printers or 3G USB sticks.
I have managed to enable telnet on this router by using the "telnetEnable" command line application. As the router contains a Broadcom chipset (6358) the SNR can be tweaked using telnet. The router syncs pretty well on my ADSL1 connection and the errors seem minimal at the moment.
