Hi,

Recently I was having trouble with my bt infinity so got the tech out and he fixed it and told me to get a wifi extender for my bedroom. So yesterday I bought a Netgear WN3500RP-100UKS and I am very impressed, I have it at the side of my computer wired through Ethernet.

So my main question is I want to connect my xbox one and ps4 to it through Ethernet for a more solid upload and download speed, but there is only one Ethernet port and that is currently on my new computer. Is there anything I can buy to add any more Ethernet ports to my netgear extender ?

thanks Dan

Firstly, you might want to err on the side of caution and remove the link to the competitor before a mod comes along.

Secondly, I'm fairly sure this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-040-TP&groupid=46&catid=2316 is what you're after.

For anyone else who pops in, he has a Netgear WN3500RP.

Thank you

How would I connect that to my Netgear WN3500RP ? would I just use one of the ethenet ports on the TP-Link 5 Port Desktop Switch ? and then connect every thing off the TP-Link 5 Port Desktop Switch then ?

Yeah, just that. Plug one of the ports from the switch into your range extender, and then use the free ports on the switch to connect to your devices.
