Netgear Firmware Updates

Hey guys,

i've got a Netgear WGR614 V7

and want to upgrade the firmware, where is the best place to get the latest one and has anybody got any tips on how to do it ?

There should be an option within the router control panel for upgrading the firmware, just download the correct firmware image and point the router to it.
