Netgear gigabite PCI Adapter

I have a netgear gigabyte PCI Adapter doing nothing at all so i was wondering would it be worth putting that in my system and using that instead of the onboard ethernet port? (DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D SKT 939)

Well will i notice any difference between the to?

That motherboard already has a gigabit nic but i don't think it makes any difference unless the rest of your network has gigabit hardware and you move a lot of large files around.
