Netgear N range

Looking at buying a new router for the office as i think the netgear dg834g isnt really up to the task of 6 computers running of it plus 2 laptops wireless.

Looking at this one instead http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-143-NG&tool=3

Any thoughts on this.

Ive had one for about 6 month now and its been faultless.

We live in an old victorian mid terrace with solid brick walls and i had lots of problems with an older wireless router. This one gives a full signal anywhere in the house.

cool, have you connected a lot of devices to it to see how it bears under load?

Why do you feel is not up to running that many computers? I am just checking you have considered that its your internet connection not being able to cope with the load and not the router.

at work we have a be connection with 23mbs sync rate our router tends to freeze up so was thinking of an upgrade to boost things up at work.

Most ive had on at once was my main pc playing wow, 2nd pc watching youtube vids and the gf and her mate using both laptops for facebook in the front room.

Seemed fine with no visible drop outs or effects in wow.

Thats on a zen internet 8mb line at approx 5mbps synch.

I'd be looking at a Draytek and a decent 8 or 16 port switch attached.
