Netgear or Billion

I'm in need of a new modem/router as I want to upgrade from my old DG834G v1 (only offers 802.11g and I now want n).

I have been looking at either the Netgear DGND4000 N750 or the Billion BiPAC 7800N.

I know that the Billion is very popular here but I've also heard good things about the Netgear.

The router will be upstairs in a 2 story house (almost directly above where the main wireless usage is). The can be multiple devices connecting wirelessly (iPods, laptips, WDTV media streamer, printer). There are also 2 devices connected using powerline adaptors (Pc and Xbox). Typical family usage really on this really.

From pure aesthetics I prefer the Netgear but that's not a good reason to make a choice.

Some connection details (in case it's important)
Connection speed 18013 kbps
Line attenuation 19db
Noise margin 3db.

What do people recommend on this?

I've been running a Netgear DGND3700 for quite a while now, really nice bit of kit. I doubt you could go wrong with either to be fair though but I can definitely recommend the Netgear. I've not had experience of the Billion but it does seem to be well liked on this forum so I expect someone else can chime in here with more info.

I personally would go for a Billion. They have just released a new firmware which allows you to use there routers on sky's new MER network. May not be important to you, but they seem to listen to there customers on this issue.

May not sway your decision on this but thought I would say.
