My NetGear R7000 router keeps giving me stupidly slow wireless signal and won't get fixed until I restart. I'm considering RMAing the router, any experience with their RMA here in the UK?

We've RMA'd a Prosafe switch at work. Went very smoothly. They sent us a new one, and we returned the faulty one.

Thanks. I filled the online support form, they said call. I'm gonna call on Tuesday. Fingers crossed it will go smoothly.

Just called Netgear. They told me that I have to purchase a phone support plan for £59.99 and then, if after the phone support, they realized that it's a hardware fault they would refund the money and process an RMA. I told them no, they still processed the RMA and I should receive an email soon with the details.

I have VirginMedia. I use the SuperHub as modem and this as router.

An update: Netgear sent me a brand new R7000 for replacement. I don't think I'm gonna use it though. I'll sell this one and get a Linksys WRT1900.
