netgear routers from sky

Hi,

can someone please tell me if the netgear routers that sky use for there broadband can be used for any other ISP ?

nope locked to sky,

your sky logon details are in the firmware

dont know if you can flash routers though

yes i think you can flash them maybe someone can confirm that for me

done some searching on google and found out that it can be done.

the username and password thing is blocked up, but you can flash the firmware, and theres a trick to be able to get the user and password.
