Netgear RP614v3 Instability

I had this router running great. Rock solid stability.

I have 3 computers and an XBox (Media Centre modded) connected to it.

I had a play around with static IP's and it wouldn't work so did a factory reset on the router. Since it has kept crashing every 20mins!

Set it back up with DHCP and the router keeps crashing. I reflashed, perhaps the flash was bad?

I have had my cousin log in remotely and he has been able to login even when the network appears dead.

Therefore, it's likely a LAN and not WAN problem.

Any ideas what to check? I have ran out of options?

With services down I can still login to the router.

Also, the router seems to come back to life after a couple minutes.

I have found out that my PC has been setup as a DCHP server and I think this is flooding the router with rubbish causing it to full over.

This must have been a result of playing around with ICS when trying to setup an ad-hoc wireless network with my PocketPC.

Now, the million £ question, how do I remove all of this DCHP server stuff?
