My Netgear DG834N sends me an e-mail once a week with the following
Netgear Security Alert
Fri, 2009-02-13 00:00:03 - Send E-mail Success!
Fri, 2009-02-13 08:56:46 - Send out NTP request to time-g.netgear.com
Fri, 2009-02-13 08:57:48 - Send out NTP request to time-h.netgear.com
Fri, 2009-02-13 08:57:48 - Receive NTP Reply from time-h.netgear.com
Mon, 2009-02-16 06:57:48 - Send out NTP request to time-g.netgear.com
Mon, 2009-02-16 06:57:48 - Receive NTP Reply from time-g.netgear.com
Thu, 2009-02-19 04:57:48 - Send out NTP request to time-g.netgear.com
Thu, 2009-02-19 04:57:49 - Receive NTP Reply from time-g.netgear.com
Now I understand that its telling me it is send and receiving data but today I have received the following

UDP Packet - Source:194.72.0.114 Destination:86.139.207.106 - [PORT SCAN]
Now does this mean thats some nutter is trying to gain access to my PC and if so how do I block him
