You only want to get the WPN111 if you have a Rangemax router, else it's wasted on you. Only get the WG111T if you have a 108mbps netgear router (e.g; DG834GT), otherwise its also wasted on you. If you don't have either of the above, get the normal 54Mbps WG111 job.
I still have the WPN111 boxed up in my spare room. I used it once and had so many problems with it. It kept causing my pc to lock up, requiring me to switch the whole thing off at the plug. Asking on the netgear forums it seemed to be a fairly common problem. I tried all sorts of things to fix it but still had the problem. From my experience I would stay WELL away from the usb wpn111.
I'm not sure if it's because of my WG111 that's causing repeatative disconnection but it's annoying the crap out of me. Have to wait till I get my MacBook to rule out if it's the USB issue e.t.c.
