Netgear WG311GE Woes

In the middle of a build for a friend

Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 8
AMD Athlon II X4 640
4 Gig Ram

Everythings fine except i can't get the network card to install. (Windows 7 64bit)

After a quick google i've seen this is a common problem. Was just wondering if anyone here has managed to solve this, or which card they would recommend as a replacement.
