Netgear wireless extenders - any good?

Advice on extending my wireless network

Hello all,

I've been assigned the amazing job of extending my folks wireless network...whoopee.

Have a DG834G

Whats the best option? cost isn't too much of an issue, we just want it to be reliable

Personally if you want reliability I would go with powerline. If you dont want to hard wire into the powerline adapter, grap yourself a second hand access point and plug that in.
Would be in the region of 50-60 quid.

I believe netgear actually do a powerline kit with a wireless AP built into one of the adapters, though I would favour something more substantial with half decent antenna.
