Netgear WN511B Help Needed

My Samsung R60+ laptop supports PCI Express card34 + 54 specs so I bought this card. Not sure if it's the right one though as the card sits far out of the slot - is this right?

I'm running the Win 7 RC 7100 build and have installed the software from the netgear site but I just get a message saying no card is inserted. Have I buggered up and bought the wrong card or is Win 7 to blame?

If the card fits "out of the slot" meaning that it is not inserted all the way then it sounds as though you do not have PCI express slot on your motherboard. If the card DOES fit in the slot then you may want to check the source directly for additional support in troubleshooting driver related issues. Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 RC Support Forum. It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams.
