Netintelligence Removal Help Plz

Dear All,

My bro has just bought a second hand Acer Laptop from FleaBay running Windows 7 Pro, unfortunately the OS and its image contain Netintelligence. Does anyone know of the process to remove it??

I guess it doesn't appear in add/remove programs?

That'll be one of the government supplied laptops then. Nice to see they are being used as they were intended
