netio.sys BSOD

Today when I turned on my pc I noticed blue,green and red vertical lines on my screen. I'm pretty sure my 8800gts has kicked the bucket. I am using onboard graphics right now.

but now I am getting netio.sys BSOD every 2 minutes when I boot into windows. Right now I am in safe mode.

Could I RMA just the graphics card?

Any help?

I tried that but before it can install, I get the BSOD. Can't install it in safe mode either.

Do you use NOD32?

Just installed nod32 a few hours ago.

Before or after you started having this problem?

NOD32 can cause this error with Vista SP2.

Before. I fixed the problems with the windows hotfix.
