Anyone play this? i bought this ages ago, played it for a while on a old wheel but have never really given it a go on a g27. So i booted it up and wow! feels really good. I also notice there was an update that includes 2 new cars and a hill climb event!

I think most sim racers own it but rarely use it. It needs some AI!

I'm currently using it just for the Nordschleife, though I wish someone would edit out the poxy modern section, which gets in the way of the "real" track. I also wish the Osella could hold more fuel... one lap and it's done!

i couldn't agree more! osella is fun up the new hill climb track, i seem to spend about 5 minutes getting half way up then binning it due to locking up on a bump. Gets frustrating when your trying to use fraps to record it. Fuel wise i think its fine, gives everyone the same chance to do 1 flying lap with same amount of fuel

I usually just look at it when there's a patch and then just run it for a night before getting bored. On line isn't as good as it should be but the next patch should improve that I think.

I like AI and don't always want to run online and for that reason I won't buy iRacing.

How would this game, Iracing and other similar games play on a gamepad?

I can just about manage race 07 on a gamepad, but I find changing gear on a pad very difficult.

iRacing is only wheels, netKar pro was designed for force feedback wheels so i suspect not very well.
