Nettops, which one (Zotac AD04 vs Revo RL70)

What Amd e450 Zacate nettops use 2 memory slots ?
On OC i can only find Zotac AD02 which is out of stock without ETA date.

At the moment i'm most interested in Zotac AD04, because it has 2 ddr3 slots and uses e450, unlike AD02 which is e350 and lacks some hardware decoding capabilities.

Any other companies besides Zotac produce e450 nettops with 2 slots for ram ?

#EDIT1# Well, i'm leaning towards one these two - Zotac AD04 and Revo RL70. Questions is what is the difference ? Are there any advantages/disadvantages to any one of them that would sway your pick ? I know that performance wise they're pretty much identical.
Help me decide...

Zotac make buggy motherboards which they then fail to update. Things like pci-e x16 slots which run at x4 and don't work with anything other than a graphics card.

Acer make laptops which fail impressively close to the 12 month warranty.

I'd say they're about equivalent. I assume they're cheap?

Yeah, that.

I havent seen any constructively negative reviews, besides expectations being too high and not met by the devices in question (which doesn't count)...

Apparently, Revo RL70 *DOES NOT* have USB3 capability. Zotac AD04 does. One of the major differences so far.

What about 6gbps sata ? do both of them have it ?
