Recently I have been struggling with spotty wifi connections, this has only started as of recent and already ruled out my wifi, after a bit of research I came to the conclusion that it had to do with either my Network adapter or my Ethernet Connection, I found when I went to look at whether my network Ethernet adapter needed an update it had a yellow triangle over it, people suggested uninstalling and restarting my PC to fix it but sound still the issue persisted even after working for a bit. Even now I’m still confused and wonder if there’s any troubleshooting or advice anyone could give please?

Are you connecting by ethernet or wi-fi?

Have you tried going to the support page for your motherboard and manually downloading and installing the wif-fi and/or ethernet drivers?
I’m currently connected through Ethernet from a Wifi Extender, also thank you for the suggestion I will begin to have a look at the support page for my Motherboard

or you could maybe try forcing a windows update, and be sure to check the 'optional updates' to see if theres a network driver mentioned in there.
I’ve had a look towards windows updated for my drivers but finding none I’ve also realised it’s blanked out the option to roll them back too which is annoying

Sounds more like a problem with the wireless side of the wireless extender. If the wireless connection between that and your router is poor then that would show the limited connectivity warning triangle.
I mean I tend to still get the same speeds I would if I was next to the router, but the extender is quite old if I’m being honest so it could be that
