A classic, like the famous McDonald's job application from Greg Bulmash. Not a real letter, of course, but I'm sure everyone has realised that.
It's slightly lessened for me by the grammatical mistake "my co-workers and me", which is quite jarring in a letter that otherwise shows an unusually high standard of English. "b-day" jars for the same reason.
