Network Backup Sever - For OSX lion and Windows 7

Hi there,

I've been using Freenas for sometime now but as many of you are aware it doesn't work with OSX lion (or atleast last time I gave it ago). So now I'm looking for good alternatives which can be run from a USB stick.

Can anyone recommend anything.
