Network bridge wireless laptop to pc using lan help!

Hello, well I'm at uni and I brought my pc up and I'm trying to connect to the internet by bridging the connection from my laptop to my pc. The problem is that although my pc says its connected to the internet the connection barely works. It will work for about 40 seconds and then stop again.

Both laptop and pc are running windows 7 which appears to be an abomination for networking!

So please do help as I'm lost!

Network drivers!
Most likely Network drivers, Try ICS instead Bridging as well.

what is ics? I think my drivers are ok, they worked fine at home going through a router.
