network card drivers help

ive got a biostar P35D2-A7 mobo and the drivers worked with windows7 for a few days turned my computer on this morning and internet was not working.

so went to device manages and it said drivers were not installed to tried to update with windows drivers said they were not there.

on there web site there are no drivers for windows 7 and can find any anywhere

tried the windows vista one and it says that network card is in deep sleep mode???? ive reinstalled windows and reset the bios still nothing

can anyone help

According to the Biostar spec page it's running a Realtek RTL8111B - 10/100/1000 Controller.

Here is the download from Realtek's site. They do an automated install, and a smaller manual download (which I'm guessing means you need to point it through Device Manager).

It's v7.034 by the looks of things.

tried that didnt work just says

"the realtek network controller was not found. if deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable"

very odd!

Also, the best way to get realtek drivers for an intel board is intels driver update utility (use IE). While microsoft will put the wired/wireless drivers on windows update every other month intel seems to update them with each build. I had 3 int he space of 2 weeks last month

thanks for the replies for some reason turned the computer on this morning amd the windows drivers just installed them selfs. im on wireless now going to check it liter on.
