Hi,
I have a Wireless network card (DWL-G520+) in my dads computer that i think is causing problems when I shutdown. In the Process of shutting down it gets to the black screen then a pause and a error about the memory comes up.
At first I read something that it could have been the wireless card interfering with the memory but now I think it is becuase it is sharing IRQ16 with the onboard graphics controller & USB controller.
I have changed the position of card in the PCI slot on the PCI adapter (it is in one of those slim cases and is sitting in a adpater that always sit in the same pci slot) .
have any of you guys had any similar experiences? Can i change the IRQ settings manually?
Cheers
Timbo
