Morning all,

Recently been having a problem with my work machine, whenever i turn it on in the morning it seems to take a long time to log on and once i am on i have no network connection. In order to establish a connection i have to disable then re-enable my LAN (broadcom netxtreme 97xx).

Has anyone seen this before? I've tried updating my network adapter to the latest drivers (from the broadcom website) and i've tried disabling my firewall and antivirus (kaspersky) on start-up but this has not fixed the issue.

Note: I'm on a domain, my operating system is windows vista pro 32-bit and i have a wired connection to the network.

Also once i am connected there are no drop outs, its actually a very good line.

Thanks for any suggestions!
