This is driving me insane!

My main desktop is running Vista and connected to my router via cat5 and a wireless 802.11g d-link card.

My laptop is running XP Pro and connects to the network via 801.11b wireless. As it is my work laptop I log on using a domain.

I have run the wireless network setup wizard using a usb key on both pc's but I still can't see either of them from the other one. :(

What am I doing wrong?!?!

I can ping the pc's from either machine a ok.

The vista pc doesn't log on through a domain and the laptop isn't connected to my office domain while I'm at home. (I don't think it is anyway) but I do sign into the pc with a username, password and domain.

I'm afraid I don't know how to enable them on the firewalls, I only use the windows firewall.

I have some shared folders on both pc's wich sould be visible but when I go to Entire Network and drill down it doesn't show me the other pc from either machine.
