Hi there, recently I purchased a laptop and decided to do a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate. Once it was done however, I found I couldn't connect to any wireless network, even more so they were not even being detected at all. So I looked at my drivers and found this issue:

I've used the Driver utilities disk that came with my Laptop, looked all over the internet at the appropriate websites regarding my laptop such as Intel, as well as a few other more specific websites to check if they have the right driver- some apparently did but none worked for me.

I'm really worried and not quite sure what to do in this situation, so any advice, help, solutions or guidance is extremely appreciated.

Did you install the chipset drivers?

Have you tried deleting the problem devices and have it redetect them from scratch?

Do you know what the network adapter is supposed to be? It appears to be a MSI whitebook so it could have almost anything installed.

What OS did it come with, and do you have a method to put it back to factory?

Can't the laptop supplier help?
