Network/Disk activity on keyboard LEDs

In the dim and distant past I came across a utility that would duplicate the network and disk activity on the keyboard NumLock and ScrollLock LEDs. Does anybody know of such utility? Much easier than hanging your head under the desk!

Surely this would interfere with your ability to use the Num Pad? :confused:

There are freely available tools that you can place in your System Tray to display this information. Just have a Google around

NathanE: it doesn't mess with the Num Lock *state*, it just modulates the LED.

just reminded me of my old winamp plugin that did this to the music

iirc there were two settings, one DID mess with your typing
