Network Documentation template?

The network I have "inherited" has near zero documentation. A few passwords and the IPs of the access points and that's about it.

In between other stuff I want to start documenting - but does anyone have any suggestions for a template?

There's probably easier ways to produce documentation than templates by using various free tools. For example, using MS MAPI will give you a wealth of ready made documentation to a level you couldn't get with templates you fill on yourself. It would also take an hour to do instead of days.
