Network folders not refreshing on Windows 7

Having a problem with network folders on Windows 7 at work.
If someone adds a new file into a folder, other machines that have access are not seeing the new file, even after an F5 refresh.

The PCs are connected to a Server 2008 domain.

Any ideas?
