Network Management Software?

What I am looking for or what would really make my life easier is some sort of all in one network management tool.

Something that has the ability to:

1) Discover devices on the network via IP
2) Create a network diagram
3) Able to create fault logs against each item discovered (like a fault logging program)
4) Ideally it could monitor the devices too, so let us know when they are not reachable etc

Is there such a software, I have been looking at Ipswitch WhatsUp Pro, which does everything except call logging.
 
I think the network monitoring software used in my last job was called Eye Of The Storm, might be worth checking that out.
