network map

Hi,

I am trying to create a network diagram web site that will draw lines between connected devices, does anyone know how this could be created?

The idea is to have a database with all the network devices, the network map would pull all the network devices and display them as a physical map.

Doing it automatically is fairly advanced stuff, we use weathermap to visualise network traffic but it requires manual setup. I've yet to see any software which produces decent network maps without help if you have more then about 3 devices.
