Network Monitoring of PC's

Hi

wonder if anyone can help me. Anyone know of a good easy to use application that discover's pc's on your network then shows the network usage ?

Basically if your network is maxed out for some reason you can check to see which IP address/PC is causing the traffic ?

I've tried a few but none seem to just do it simply.
