network monitoring software

hi guys is there any software i can get that monitors what progams are trying to access the internet/other networked pc's?

it doesnt really tell me what program it is though *(although it does say firefox.exe)

tcpview is gui of netstat command. you can change settings to show more.


try a netstat using varios -b -n -a options to narrow down whats nehind the process
