Network monitoring tool

Is there anything for OSX that allows you to show your network graphically, along with ping times, network throughput etc.. ??

Unless I'm missing something they're system monitor tools right? I'm really after something that can monitor status of the other hardware on my network too.

So basically your asking for an app that can monitor the data throughput of other computers on your network?

Can you even do that if your computer isn't the router???

The more I read the more I realise that isn't possible. I guess what I'd really like is something that can show me a list of what's connected to the router, it's ping time and some kind of performance benchmark too - like a data transfer speed.

I found IPNetMonitor X which does most of these things, but it's manual. I also found 'fing' which again is pretty decent but is command line driven and not very user friendly.
