I've been trying to find and setup an electronic message book for our office (only 5-6 people), so people can see everyones messages on screen on any system, add notes to them, tick them off etc but haven't really found what I'm looking for yet.
We currently use 'Tasks' in Outlook exchange but it isn't that customisable.
Any ideas?
