I have a weird problem between my main machine (Vista x64) and my file server (Windows Server 2008).
My music resides on the server. If i play a song, all is fine. If I start to browse the share in Windows Explorer and copies files across, it stops and the music stops playing, then resumes a few seconds later (explorer in this instance is frozen until it comes back) as if the connectionw as dropped
RDP on the server is still smooth and fine, as is the internet etc so cannot be the router or switch (this has happened on previous 100mbit switch, now I have a 1gbit one and the same)
I disabled IPv6 on both NICs but still the same. Any ideas?
