Howzit guys,
I'm trying to setup some network security cameras at work. Which I have done and working 90%. However it's getting the live feed over the Internet to work that I just can't get my head around..
Here's the setup:
4 x Axis network cameras ( Model: 207 ) With I.P addresses ranging from 192.168.2.11 to 192.168.2.15
These cameras are then all connected to a switch and that switch is connected to a router and a server PC which stores the video from the 4 cameras.
At the moment, all the cameras can be accessed from any PC within the LAN setup, simply by typing it's I.P address into the browser's address bar.
I'm now trying to access the cameras from outside the LAN. First problem is that my ISP only lets me have a dynamic I.P address, which is fine as I just used dyndns.org to sort that problem out.
I've read the manual and it states that I need to open ports on my router, fair enough I thought. But the manual only tells me what ports to open and not how to do it. When I look at my router config, I get few extra options which I don't know what they for or what I must fill in them.
These are the options I get on my routers port forward page:
Now the manual only gives me port numbers. Not any ip addresses or a such?
Anyone got any input here for me? Would really appreciate it!
