Network speeds droped?

Hello,

I have even reinstalled my pc today, Randomly my network speeds droped from 112mb a second from my server to 11mb a second.. even from my gigiabit nas.. when i reinstalled it worked fine for a little while and now has droped down again and I have not installed any updates or anything at all.

Do you think its a motherboard problem? it's a MSI P67A-GD55 (b3)

I hope your jokeing xD even on my laptop on wireless I get over 2mb lol

I did update the drivers on the old windows install, and I also didnt add any new server parts, I'm currently saving to buy 6x2tb drives for some raid goodness but I got a diffrent cable from my dad today and it seem's its the cable but I dont get why it worked with a fresh install then 20mins later fail on me lol.

Sorry for wasteing your time guys I should have checked the cable first but being a new cable I didn't think about it.
