Network Time Synchronization?

What's the best way to make sure all servers and client pc's use the same time and are constantly in sync?

Use NTP. A windows DC can act as an NTP server afaik.

thats the way i do it.
DC acts as NTP server and through group policy all the clients point to the DC for time.
The DC points to a GPS based time server for its time.

Find the DC that holds the PDC role and set this to obtain its time from something such as a GPS based time server.

All DCs will obtain their time from this DC and all member servers from all DCs.

You can run the w32tm command to check the server status.
