Network traffic issue(?) - Youtube streaming effecting other devices

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help with a little problem I've been having.
Ever since getting my Xbox Series X remote play (in the same property) to other devices has been flawless ... except for when someone is streaming Youtube or Netflix on another device. Disney+, iPlayer etc is fine however.
Connection speed is 72Mbps, although it shouldn't matter for remote play in the same building.
The Setup is unfortunately using an older BT Smart Hub 1, but its fine for everything except this specific usage scenario. For example .. we can have 4 Netflix streams in 4k perfectly fine for example.
Xbox is wired into the Router, everything else in the house is connected to the 5ghz network (I've split out 2.4 and 5ghz as this causes issues on our FireSticks if they're not separated.

Any suggestions guys? rather not have to invest in a new router unless I have to, but ill consider it as long as its gonna fix the issue.

Cheers all.

-edit-

Would a mesh network likely solve the issues? my gut instinct is not as the signal isn't a problem ... just feels like a load issue as we currently have about 39 devices connected (camera, heating, consoles, fire sticks, phones etc)

How would that work across multiple devices when it’s only two services causing the issue? As I understand QOS is a generic bandwidth cap on a device by device basis?
I have a TP link Ac1750 kicking around - adding this in AP mode .. if I used this for just my own items .. I wonder if it would help

Because some services will demand more bandwidth than others. And wifi bandwidth is very limited compared to wired. I had this when my niece watched Youtube videos on her iPad. It killed the wifi for everyone else.

Yeah I understand that, sorry I wasn’t clear.

As YouTube and Netflix is used across about 9 devices (but never more then one at a time usually) how would I go about setting QOS without limiting literally every device? As I worry it would effect other services?

I don't know about your router but on mine what I do is limit the wifi network as a whole and limit the bandwidth of each device. I don't have to limit each device individually, rather it's done automatically to every device on that wifi network.

Something else your router may support is Airtime Fairness which simply checks for any device hogging bandwidth.
