Network Usage Monitor

Hey all,

I'm looking for a tool that'll be able to do the following, if anyone has any experience or suggestions?

- Must work on Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)

I want to be able to monitor, and look back on (i.e. not real-time only):
- How much data was transferred in/out
- The address the data was transmitted to, or received from
- The port the data was transmitted over

I was originally hoping I could use Telegraf for this, but it doesn't seem to offered the main points I require above.

Most of the time you will find this much easier to do at a router level.

Yeah you're right. Don't know why I didn't just go with this method.
Ended up using ntopng on my PfSense gateway, pretty awesome and keeps track of everything I need!
