ok currently have my pc in the dining room

pc has a gigabit ethernet port, this is connected to my wrn2000 router (not gigabit enabled) which then runs to my front room to a fast ethernet switch which splits off to ps3 xbox360 and will also be getting a popcorn hour. as seen here

I have a feeling this wont be quick enough to stream to the popcorn hour so want to up it all to gigabit.
whats the cheapest/most hassle free way to get gigabit in the front froom

2x gigabit switches like this??

I assume that moving the router isn't an option? In which case hidden option number 4 is probably the way to go - run 2 lots of Cat5 from a single gigabit switch in the lounge back to the dining room. One goes to the PC and one goes to the router.

I'd do this even if you are going for the two switches, run a pair of solid core cat6 cables to a pair of faceplates then choose your method, even if you go for the two switches instead of rpstewarts suggestion you'll have done the work running the cable which might come in handy for something else.

cool the hole I have passed the first lot of cable thru to the front room is more than big enough to get a second one thru too, so will do that and stick the single switch in the front room then :)

cheers for the advice guys :)
