I have a cable modem connected to a wrt54g wireless router. My main pc doesn't have a wifi card but I have a spare wrt54g. Can I connect the spare wrt54g to my main pc and use it to connect to the other wrt54g which has the internet connection?

This should be in the networking sub forum.

I think I understand what your saying and yes you can. If you plug your PC into the router and then plug that into the main router it will work as a switch.

If you're talking about doing it wirelessly then you need something called bridging that will connect two routers together, I imagine if this gets moved or you repost everyone will suggest installing Tomato on your routers and using the bridging feature.
