Given that max length of Cat6 for gigabit performance shouldn't be more then about 100m total length is it acceptable to do this:

BT Master Socket -> 50m cable -> patch panel -> 1m cable -> router -> 1m cable -> switch -> 1m cable -> patch panel -> 75m cable -> PC

Does the switch/router boost the signal? (I.e will it work even though the length is almost 130m)

Cheers

If you are running from a BT master socket that will be phone/ADSL signal, not ethernet.

Your ethernet run will only be 75m which is under the maximum recommended single run length.
