BE are without a doubt the greatest ISP ive ever known take a look at this:

My connection 3 days ago was like this:

I asked them if they could turn interleaving off on my connection as my stats were good, they did it the same day i requested it, new stats:

an improvement but not really much to write home about, last night i asked them to stick me on a 3gb SN margin profile:

what a leap :D modem says its connecting at 21,564mbps down and 1,399mbps up, compared to 3 days ago where i was connecting at around 15mbps!

incredible, anyone else tried getting fastpath turned on and trying out a lower SN margin profile and seen much improvement?

These are my stats now:

Uptime: 0 days, 0:33:10
Modulation: G.992.5 Annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,399 / 21,811
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/MB]: 8.75 / 63.99
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.0 / 18.5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 12.5 / 25.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 4.0 / 3.5
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / µ
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): 0
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 44 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 2 / 68
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 43

your attenuation and SN margin are the same as mine when i first got it, granted i was syncing at a little over 15-16mb rather than 13 though but that could be as its a new line?

repost your stats after 12hours uptime and if there good you could try asking BE for fastpath, then if there still good with no disconnects try a 3db DN margin profile, they managed to boost me from 15-16mb average to 20-21mb average sync

Annex M, gives faster upload speed.

like this:

thought id try out BE pro (asked them if i could switch this morning, get home from work and its all ready :D) though it looks like interleaving has been turned on again

ive got a netgear DG834 i use usually, using the bebox while i get my connection how i like it (so that the BE techys can get reports from it)

about 300-400m as the crow flys i think

probably hasnt done a thing but i bought a fancy replacement for my master socket which replaces the dangly filter and has a phone and ADSL socket on it instead, also im always plugged into my master socket directly...no extension cables

with your line attenuation Dup id suggest fastpath and a 3db SN margin profile (ask BE via a support ticket)

if you start getting loss of framing errors or loss of signal though then get fastpath put back to interleaving, though i cant see any reason not to be on a 3db SN margin profile :)
