neither is the quotation mark above the 2, anyone know whats up?

shift, 1, 2 all work and its the same on both keyboards

What Keyboard do you have ?

Have you tried changing the region settings to USA for instance and then changing it
back to your normal region to see if that helps?

If you have a keyboard that requires drivers have you tried re-installing the drivers for the
keyboard?

And have you tried getting a vacuum cleaner to the keyboard in case there is any ****
stuck in the keyboard?

seems to be working now, didnt do anything. It wasnt anything to do with the keyboard its self or the drivers as both my g15 and microsoft 8000 bluetooth LED had the same issue

edt: i found the issue, i assigned shift+1 and shift+2 fot a utility shortcut! retard!
