Anybody had this issue? I go to the link mentioned. I type in the unique coupon code and contact details. Then it tells me the code is invalid.

but what sort of information should you give? I just said that my code was invalid. How can you prove that you have bought one of their graphics cards?

Take a photo of the voucher and send it to them. Put the invoice in the photo too, likely to be sorted quickly for you then. Can take 2 days.
